During our first day together you will learn important management concepts and the characteristics of a highly effective manager
or leader. During our leadership session you
will learn about the various leadership styles
and how to use these to achieve workplace performance. We will also explore different personality types and communication styles. Finally we examine team building strategies
and how to build and manage effective teams.

During our second day together you will
learn important conflict resolution strategies including how to deal positively with different personalities. During our effective delegation and time management sessions you will
learn new skills that will make you efficient
and effective as a manager. You will also
learn brainstorming techniques and how to
make team decisions in a way that builds ownership and commitment.

On our final day you will learn important
strategies for reducing stress and how to
control stressful situations. In our motivating
others session we will identify the top 5
workplace motivators and how you can
successfully use these to increase workplace
morale. You will also learn the secrets to
effective negotiation. Finally, we explore the important topic of change management and
give you the tools you need in order to build commitment and enthusiasm for workplace
change and innovation.
